With the 4.3 patch we'll be introducing some changes to the way Valor Points (VP) are obtained, as well as the items that they can purchase.
Changes coming in 4.3:
- Looking for Dungeon — 150 VP per run, with a cap of seven runs per week. All Cataclysm heroic dungeons introduced in 4.0, 4.1, and 4.3, will provide 150 Valor per run.
- Looking for Raid — 250 VP per run, with a cap of 500 per week. The 4.3 raid, Dragon Soul, will be split into two separate raids for the Raid Finder. While individual bosses do not drop Valor when using the Raid Finder, you will receive 250 Valor for completing each Dragon Soul raid. Each boss will only drop loot for you once per week, but you will continue to get the 250 Valor for completing each Raid Finder raid, up to the 500 cap.
- 10 player raid boss — 115 VP. There are nine bosses per week, counting Baradin Hold.
- 25 player raid boss — 135 VP. There are nine bosses per week, counting Baradin Hold.
- Valor Points cap at 1000 per week.
As you acquire Valor you'll want to spend it, and vendors will be offering a wide range of items to equip you to take on the Dragon Soul raid encounters, including cloaks, rings, ranged weapons, necklaces, trinkets, chest pieces, helms, gloves, bracers, boots, and belts, all of which are ilvl 397.
Our goal with these changes is to move Valor back to the original intent of currency rewards as a consolation prize, for two main reasons: to make it less frustrating when you keep having bad luck getting an item you want from a particular boss, and to help encourage you to keep fighting bosses (and helping out the rest of your group) even if that particular boss didn’t drop anything for your character in particular. Over time we have also offered Valor as a reward for doing other activities (such as participating in Heroic 5-player dungeons) to provide players something to do on an off night or when they couldn’t raid.
In the past we have offered some tier pieces on the Valor vendor for players that just couldn’t justify the time or logistics necessary to participate in raids, but we’re hoping that the introduction of the Raid Finder tool helps remove that barrier. We think most players would agree that killing a giant monster and looting its corpse is more exciting than slowly farming a currency to purchase a reward. Currencies have their place, but we want them to be a secondary avenue of progression to boss killing.
While the Raid Finder will provide a lower difficulty for the Dragon Soul raids, and thus a lower ilvl of gear, the normal 10 and 25 raids will drop ilvl 397, with the final Deathwing encounters dropping ilvl 403. For the Heroic version, 10 and 25 will drop ilvl 410, and the Heroic Deathwing encounters will drop ilvl 416 loot.
As we near the release of 4.3 we’ll be posting everything you need to know about the Valor to Justice down-conversion process, so stay tuned. -
Two weeks in a row clearing 6 heroic modes out of 7. Recent hotfixes/nerfs made things easier. Having issue with attendance and bringing undergear players to the fights, I think we are doing excelent job, keep it up guys!
With clearing first 6 bosses on heroic mode under 3 hours, we prove that our strategies are sound and raiders capable of doign heroic modes, very nice. Now we need to be lucky with out drops and gear up for Heroic Ragnaros.
We are looking for a tank, prefer Paladin or Warrior with DPS offspec.
Must know some heroic fights and Gear score => 378.

Firelands- Hell Hound Rend Flesh damage has been reduced by 25%.
- The damage multiplier granted by energy to Unstable Magma has been reduced by 50%.
- Alysrazor
- Health and damage have been reduced by 25% on normal difficulty. Health and damage have been reduced by 15% on Heroic difficulty.
- Alysrazor now drops 1 additional feather in 10-player mode and 2 additional feathers in 25-player mode in all cycles.
- The Wings of Flame buff duration on Alysrazor is now uniformly 30 seconds.
- Alysrazor’s Fiery Tornados now move slower.
- Baleroc
- Health and damage have been reduced by 25% on normal difficulty. Health and damage have been reduced by 15% on Heroic difficulty.
- Baleroc now swings 25% slower while Decimation Blade is active.
- The duration of Tormented has been reduced on normal difficulty.
- Beth'tilac
- Beth'tilac's health and damage have been reduced by 15% on both normal and Heroic difficulty.
- Lord Rhyolith
- Health and damage have been reduced by 15% on both normal and Heroic difficulty.
- The health and damage of additional enemies in this encounter have been reduced by 15% on both normal and Heroic difficulty.
- Majordomo Fandral Staghelm
- Health and damage have been reduced by 25% on normal difficulty. Health and damage has been reduced by 15% on Heroic difficulty.
- Druid of the Flame have had their health reduced by 15%, and Sunfire damage reduced by 25% on both difficulties.
- The health and melee damage of Spirit of the Flame have been reduced by 25% on normal difficulty, and reduced by 15% on Heroic difficulty.
- Ragnaros
- Ragnaros' health and damage have been reduced by 25% on normal difficulty.
- Ragnaros' damage has been reduced by 15% on Heroic difficulty.
- Magma Trap damage has been reduced on all difficulties.
- The health and damage of additional enemies in this encounter have been reduced by 25% on normal difficulty and 15% on Heroic difficulty.
- Wrath of Ragnaros now knocks targets up, but not back, on normal difficulty.
- Shannox
- Health and damage have been reduced by 15% on both normal and Heroic difficulty.
- Riplimb's health has been reduced by 15%.
- Rageface's health has been reduced by 15%.
- Magma Flare damage and Hurl Spear damage have been reduced by 15% on both difficulties.

After few frustrating wipes on Majordomo, we finaly got him down! Great Job guys.
We wiped at 2% and wiped at 0.1 % ... Things were not working. Raid awarness cause some issues and RNG of the fight is noticable. And some members were having hard time accepting anything but perfection!
After not having 10 raiders to raid, we brought Xaris our of retirement (3 Months of inactivity) to step in for few tries!
Then Magic happened and Majordomo Fandral Staghelm died. Kalten DPS suffered as noob had to pop out of shadow form to assist with healing orbs!
Questions. Is Eras a noob, mouse clicker and keyboard turner? YES. Does Eras know how to mod UI? NO.

Seras had to assist on Orbs? Kalten - Healed orbs damage, Xaris not geared. Eras dps was bad, about 92% average.

So after few solid attempts scatching our head, what else can we do to make this work.
We have Levi switch to Healing and let noob Kalten DPS. First attempt Kalten is bellow tank or anyone else.
We asked Kalten, whats up? Can you press DPS button Harder?
Kalten responding with turning noob mode off and really pressing that DPS button hard !!
End result: Kalten # 1 on dps, we kill Lord Rhyolith and Levi get ranked 29th on healing !! OMG.
